Las Parcelas Garden is a dynamic community gathering space and garden that covers 30 city lots in Eastern North Philadelphia by the York-Dauphin and Berks El Stops. The space is rustic with limited electricity and water on site. It has hosted weddings, staff retreats, plays and cultural performances.

Restrictions On Use The grounds must be left in the same condition as when the client arrived. Client must set up and break down tables and chairs and leave them in a designated location for pickup by a rental company. All decorations must be removed. Client / caterer must bring trash bags and remove all trash generated by the event. Damage – Client / caterer must use premises in a safe, orderly, and careful manner as befits a museum and historic landmark. Client is responsible for supervising participants to prevent damage to premises. Music may be playing in the garden provided noise levels are acceptable to the surrounding community. Picking flowers or produce is absolutely prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the garden.

Hours Of Operation 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Rental Policy 50% Security deposit required to hold the date. Garden available from May - October. Only a signed rental agreement plus the 50% deposit holds date. Please see rental agreement for full list of rules.
Cancellation Policy Reservation – The client must return a signed copy of the rental agreement prior to the day of the rental NSNP reserves the right to cancel an event if: Climatic conditions exist which, is the sole determination of the organization, may cause the site to be unsafe; Or the client has not provided the signed agreement by the dates stipulated. Please see rental agreement for full list of rules.
