Formerly home to an electric company, Utility Works is now focused on generating creativity. Built in 1920 as the Delaware County Electric Company (later PECO), 32 E Baltimore Ave now features affordable creative co-working spaces. Utility Works provides the space and inspiration for makers to create with a purpose. We offer very affordable studios and workshops as well as a hot desk, juice bar cafe, and other amenities. Our building also includes a storefront area giving artists and creative professionals a space in which to sell their work.
