|How To Book||
Once you have decided on a date and schedule, a contract will be drafted and sent via email. The Renter then signs and returns the contract along with a non-refundable, 50% deposit. Our Executive Director will sign it and you will receive a fully executed contract.
The date is not secure without a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
The balance is due one month before the event.
|Hours Of Operation||Event rentals are based on an 8-hour day, and the schedule is subject to approval by the organization. Rates per day are as follows: Non-Profit: Monday - Tuesday: $800 Wednesday - Thursday: $1,200 Friday - Saturday: $1,600 Sunday: $1,400 For-Profit, Weddings, Private Parties: Monday - Tuesday: $1,200 Wednesday - Thursday: $1,500 Friday - Saturday: $2,000 Sunday: $1,750 Hourly rate for meetings and auditions: $25 per hour|
|Rental Policy||Rentals are scheduled around Painted Bride Art Center's season programming. Our daily flat rates include consist of one 8-hour day (Load in, set up, event, and load out) and include one Technical Assistant and a House Manager. With all rentals you have access to the entire facility; including 200-250 seat theater, bi-level gallery, and reception/cafe space.|
|Cancellation Policy||Termination, Default. In the event that Licensee fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, all rights of Licensee under this Agreement shall cease and Licensee shall be considered in default. This Agreement may be revoked at any time by PBAC upon written notice to Licensee delivered or mailed to the address specified below. In the event of such revocation or cancellation, the sole obligation of PBAC shall be to refund a pro rata share of any fees prepaid by Licensee for use of the Theater; provided, however, that PBAC shall not be obligated to refund any fees in the event such revocation or cancellation is due to a breach of this Agreement by Licensee. In case of cancellation by Licensee, the deposit (one half of the total fee for the rental) and the security deposit shall be non-refundable.|
