Nestled inside of the Plaza is the 15,000 square foot Grand Ballroom, which is able to accommodate any event as small as 20 persons to 1,000. Rental Policy To book the space the renter will sign a contract issued by the Sales/Marketing/Development Office. At time of contract signing a non-refundable deposit is due. Contract will include all pertinent details pertaining to floor plan, set-up and event time, use of house equipment as well as vendors contracted via First District Plaza.
Cancellation Policy Failure to meet the payment schedule or to provide other information as requested (insurance certificates, tax exemption form, tax identification numbers, etc.) will result in cancellation of your event. If the client for any reason cancels the event, all deposits/payments to date are NON-REFUNDABLE. First District Plaza is willing to assign a future event date and time mutually agreeable to client and First District Plaza for an event that has been cancelled by the client. For any reason (illness, accidents, acts of GOD, disruption of utility or city services), the client’s sole remedy is the assigning of a future date mutually agreeable to client aFirst District Plaza.
